Paul has extensive experience for luxury, lifestyle and upscale international brands. Prior to founding Kinsfolk & Co Paul advised on a new luxury lifestyle brand and development project. Previously, Director & General Manager at the Shangri-La Hotel at the Shard, where he was responsible for successfully settling the hotel following its challenging opening. Prior to joining the Shangri-La Group Paul was Managing Director of the Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair, where he launched this multi-award winning hotel. Other senior roles include General Manager with InterContinental Hotels Group and General Manager with Taj Hotels, Palaces & Resorts. Paul started his career in hospitality with the Savoy Group as a Company Management Trainee, working at the Savoy, Claridges, the Connaught and the Berkeley hotels.
