Justin is the 5th generation of his family to manage the 4 star Metropole Hotel and Spa in Llandrindod Wells. A graduate of Oxford Brooks University Justin joined the family business after a short career in the London wine trade working for Haynes Hanson & Clark. Working closely with marketing consortia and Visit Wales The Metropole has been developed into a 109 bedroom 4 star resort hotel with Spa. The first hotel in Wales to achieve the Investors in People accreditation, developing his team from within has been a key strategy in driving the hotel forward and retaining its strong links with the local community. A past Chairman of BHA Cymru Wales Justin has sat on numerous Hotel and Hospitality committees and was the industry speaker at the BHA lobby day in 2016.
