A graduate of the University of Surrey, with a degree in hotel and catering management, Paul is Chairman and Managing Director of Milsom Hotels and restaurants, incorporating The Talbooth Restaurant, Talbooth House and Spa and Milsoms, all in Dedham, the Pier hotel in Harwich and Milsoms Kesgrave Hall, near Ipswich. Milsom Catering, their event and outdoor catering operation is the final part of this family owned business.
