Anthony is the founder of Authentic Hospitality Consultancy, and specialises in providing expert advice for independent, owner operated hospitality businesses. A graduate of Cornell University's Professional Development Program and Cranfield School of Management, Anthony’s’ career spans 30 years and has equipped him with a deep understanding of operational and strategic management of 5-star boutique hotels, 4-star country house hotels, golf resorts, historic estates, heritage assets, award winning restaurants, destination inns and luxury spas. Passionate about promoting hospitality as a credible career choice, Anthony serves as a non-executive director of Wivenhoe House Hotel, home of the Edge Hotel School the first hotel school of its kind in the UK.
