The shortlist for The Cateys 2021 has been announced, and we are thrilled to see that this year four out of five nominees for the Manager of the Year award are members of Master Innholders.
As one of the most esteemed awards within the industry The Cateys represents the quality and achievement of the finest establishments in the hotel and caterings sector. The winners are some of the best and brightest in hospitality, pushing the industry towards a successful future.
The winning candidate of the Manager of the Year award must display success in managing a team and must have gone above and beyond their job description, particularly with regard to people management and skilful handling of decisions during the past challenging year. Recipients of the award are nominated by their peers for displaying all the necessary qualities of a world-class leader.
The Master Innholder members who have been nominated for this award are as follows:
