Two industry leaders in the digital arena – 80 DAYS a digital marketing agency specialising in luxury hotels and Avvio, an expert in hotel distribution – have combined forces to present their thoughts on how to capitalise on the technological advances in digital. 80 DAYS kick starts the session by looking at the conversion rate for four & five-star hotels in the UK and what influences the conversion of a hotel website today. Avvio will then discuss the future role that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will play in online distribution and helping hotels compete with OTAs for direct bookers.
